I am a registered psychotherapist who has completed the Master of Arts and Counselling Psychology program with Yorkville University.

I believe in a holistic, compassionate approach to therapy that meets each client where they are at. My therapeutic approach is rooted in somatic work and using the wisdom of the body as a path to healing. I integrate modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems therapy, as well as Brainspotting into my work with clients in order to build upon each client’s natural resiliency to support their healing process. I primarily work with those who have faced various types of traumas as well as grief and loss.

I work with individuals over the age of 17 and offer in person services in Pembroke and Renfrew, as well as virtual services.
